I am wondering if you can ask your L if you can compel XH to pay for your legal costs as he's conjuring up phantom legal cases against you. There has to be some bite to this process for XH.
We'd be interested in hearing what your L has to say in response to your concerns.
As for XH's L, don't they ever get a sense that he's not right in the head??
