First post, completely lost

My W has been off visiting an old school friend all weekend. I only get home at the weekend, so I didn't see her at all. I didn't manage have a good weekend before and I didn't ask how it went afterwards even though I wanted to do both. I know she will have discussed our sitch with her friend this weekend like she has with a couple of her other friends a couple of weekends ago. It's so hard to detach and not wonder what they said, who they're with or what they're doing, but that's what you have to do. If you read everyone's thread it looks like it gets easier with time but, yeah it's hard. GAL should help. I know I can do this and I know you can do this.
