Today is day 28. I would say I feel lighter. I have come face to face with some of my issues and have some work ahead but progress has been made. I hope all of you that have followed along feel that you have accomplished something too.
I know yesterday I drank 5 glasses of water, not 8 yet but I am getting there. I didn't cheat and get chips but stayed with my fresh veggies and fruit. Like I said changes to stick for me anyway, need to be gradual.
Love yourself and listen to your body. It will tell you what it needs.
