Still my book is missing. So I will share the next step on my journey.

Since this is the physical week, I will admit I am not happy with my weight. I rarely ate during my divorce but my metabolism got all messed up. My body became a reflection of my inner turmoil.

Affirmation: I am worthy of self love

Today: I am going to purposely start loving my body more. I am going to treat myself better. Changes, for them to stick, need to be gradual. I don't drink a lot of water, so I promised myself to add more water to my drink selections. For snacks, I am adding veggies and fruits. I grabbed some carrots, cucumbers and watermelon.
