Day 24: Using the physiology of your body

Affirmation: My body is incredibly strong and healthy.

Today: Carry yourself as if an incredible life force and confidence was flowing out of every pore of your body.

Task: What does your body say about you? How do you carry yourself. People who believe that they will always be downtrodden reflect that position in their posture. Even a stranger can read your posture. So today notice how you hold and carry your body. Is it communicating a message that you are happy with?

Day 25: Awakening the natural forces within you.

Affirmation: I am in harmony with the natural rhythm of life.

Today: be aware of the rhythms of nature in all it's forms around you- from the rising and setting sun, to the lengthening of shadows during the day, to the movement of animals and insects and the changing weather patterns. Tune into your own internal rhythms- do they seem to bein alignment with natures rhythms?

Task: Replenished by nature. As nature disappears around us,it affects us as well. Being in nature replenishes our reserves. We can make a difference in our selves by just visualizing nature. Take 15 minutes to close your eyes and imagine yourself in a calming place of nature. This will help replenish your soul.

I have to admit some craziness ensued in my house yesterday. I walked in the door of my house to find my living and dining room in utter chaos( yes more than normal). The kids thought it would be fun to film my reaction.

I didn't think about my soul cleansing book until this morning. Heaven help me but I haven't a clue where it landed due to their brilliance. So today breathe deeply, ask your soul what it needs. Be still and listen.

I will post later if I can find it.

Oh the moved and knocked over furniture! If I hadn't known better I would have thought I had been robbed but then I saw s18's iPad and the girls laptops. After a few well placed curse words I went to call them on the phone to ask them what they were thinking. They all came out of S21's room laughing the whole time.

I was not happy. Still haven't found my book and here we were almost done. I won't give up though.

wii if your girls want to come all the way down here, send them on down. I can feed them some normal food and ice cream. wink

Still my book is missing. So I will share the next step on my journey.

Since this is the physical week, I will admit I am not happy with my weight. I rarely ate during my divorce but my metabolism got all messed up. My body became a reflection of my inner turmoil.

Affirmation: I am worthy of self love

Today: I am going to purposely start loving my body more. I am going to treat myself better. Changes, for them to stick, need to be gradual. I don't drink a lot of water, so I promised myself to add more water to my drink selections. For snacks, I am adding veggies and fruits. I grabbed some carrots, cucumbers and watermelon.

Today is day 28. I would say I feel lighter. I have come face to face with some of my issues and have some work ahead but progress has been made. I hope all of you that have followed along feel that you have accomplished something too.

I know yesterday I drank 5 glasses of water, not 8 yet but I am getting there. I didn't cheat and get chips but stayed with my fresh veggies and fruit. Like I said changes to stick for me anyway, need to be gradual.

Love yourself and listen to your body. It will tell you what it needs.

I didn't know that my computer had one built in! So I was lucky just able to start right away.

If anyone has a subject that they want help on, I would be willing to look into and post in a similar way.

So what movie did you see Mish? I have a busy few weeks coming up. My Dad's birthday, then mine, then enrolling the girls in school, then D13's birthday and then school starts. Then the second job will have to kick in. I hope to set up a website and start coaching. Exciting and scary at the same time but I will keep my regular job for now.
