I'm sorry, labug, if you're reading this I won't be writing about compassion today. I still feel it, deep down, but not enough to write about it.
I'm wondering about why you think it's necessary to apologize to me. This is your story and I'm just a fellow traveler, just a few steps ahead of you.
Anger isn't a bad thing. No need to apologize for it. You can be angry about the actions of someone and still have compassion for them. It's not black or white.
We do get stuck in our inability to accept all the parts of us.
The angry part of me was never acceptable as a child. I've had a very difficult time getting past that. We all have our wounds.
There's a kundalini anger practice that I used to do. It helped.
