It funny how we all have similar feelings. Like you I was shocked & devastated. Found this site and am reading the posts suggested by Cadet as well as resources. learning that I was not to blame. I am still on roller coaster - with unpredictable crying spells, but I do feel the sense of community. You will too - visit often, we are all with you.
