We have gone through two weeks of cleansing, are you feeling it? Personally this past week really hit home.
This next week is fire week. The focus is on clearing your spiritual self.
Day 15 : Affirmation: I am safe.
Today: Be aware of all forms of fire in your life, from the sun, to candlelight, to fire to the inner light within you. Imagine breathing in the energy of the sun today.
Task: Acknowledge your Fears. As you acknowledge that which you are afraid of, it has less power in your life. In your journal write down specifically what you are afraid of. After you have written down your list,choose your biggest fear and imagine the worst case scenario. Then think of a way that you could survive and even thrive if it were to happen.
Remember the road to success is often paved with failure. Being willing to take a risk means being willing to fail.

I wanted to put this prayer request in its own post. My brother was diagnosed with bladder cancer of Friday. He has surgery tomorrow. He hasn't talked to me much about it. He has been talking to our parents though. He is really upset.
So say an extra prayer if you don't mind. Thanks.

Affirmation: I am free to experience joy in every moment no matter what is happening in my life.
Today: Constantly ask yourself, " How can I experience evenmore joy and fun today?". And see what your subconscious comes up with.
Task: Have fun!! No matter what is happening in your life today, find a way to create joy and fun. Give yourself permission to sing along with the radio. Turn up the radio before you head out the door, do a little dance. Let your hair down.

I'm so sorry to hear about your brother. This past weekend has got to have been a tough one for you and your family. Hugs and prayers for good news!
The people that I know who have had friends and family with this one have had tremendous success as it's typically caught when it's confined to that area. I'm praying that this is the case!

My brother is finally back home. They found several tumors in his bladder. Hopefully we will know more soon or at his next appointment mid July. I will admit it is kind of scary. He is 51.
