Hoping for positive changes

... I offered to swing by and pick up the truck on Tuesday. It's just sitting at his friends house. Now he's insisting he can drop it off to me this weekend. He said he needs to detail it because it's really dirty inside (and all of the supplies for that are at my house, so he will be here for a few hours)

I told him while I appreciate it, it wasn't necessary. He insists it needs it.

I really do.not.want.to.see.him.

However, I feel like I need to play nice. He is giving me a car, and I need to make sure he follows through with the lump sum (that will either happen, or not, by the end of August...)

Ugh! I am completely dependent on him for money. I hate it. I was financially sound before we met. I'll be right back there again next year, but until then...
