Okay but do I tell him about the boys basketball game schedule or leave it be. I told him today and if he wants to know In the future he can contact me? I don't say this because I want to make him be a dad I am just wanting to do things right in a legal aspect I know I can't make him be a dad.
I mean honeslty now that he knows my schedule and he knows the basketball practice days we really have no reason to talk

You're not legally obligated to give him the schedule. He's a grown ass man. He can get the schedule if he really wants it. You're not keeping him from the kids.
Ive been divorced before. Judges see through all the bullsh!t! You're WAH is dead man in front of a judge, he's made no effort to see his own kids.
Okay. I just have done everything as close to legally right as possible. I am not trying to keep the boys from their dad but I don't think 50/50 is in their best interest. Maybe in the future when he gets his head straight it will be different but right now they need a stable environment.
What if he texts about s6 basketball game tomorrow? Earlier he said he would call them before their game but he didn't. He sent a text telling me to have s3 call him. I didn't have him call. It was 5 min before the game and he said he'd call so he should follow through. I did respond an hour after the game saying he was already playing when you textd and you said you'd call - he told me he couldn't bc it was raining. I didn't respond. That's when he said how'd he do. I sent the pic and said 'great'
So how do I handle this scenario tomorrow. What improvements can I do
