I have been abandoned 7 weeks, I meditate and pray everyday.
I wrote this for for me, not him:

Today
I choose the path to Peace,
I choose the path for Forgiveness,
I choose the path for Pardon,
I choose to walk with my conscious,
I choose to walk with The Lord
for he is good.
I choose to walk in Awareness,
I choose to live today in the Present
I walk with Dignity and Grace
and most importantly, Patience.
