Tad, Call the people up and give them her new address and telephone number. In fact, get their email address and follow up w/an email with the same info. You do not need to be involved in her debt or whatever else she has going on.
As for blaming you about the tattoo...let it go. She'll blame you if the sun comes up, goes down or orbiting the earth. She'll blame you when the goose doesn't lay the golden egg. Why? Because she's miserable and doesn't know why and thinks it is still you...let it go! She's a miserable individual and you are not the blame for her unhappiness.
