I guess I'd better think of a new title for the pending new thread... cuz things are looking imminent here!
My crazy update before heading to lunch with the tween crowd... my boss's stepdad died this morning.
Now the 3rd death in my office is behind us. Having 3 people in various stages of acknowledgment and grief is a little weird.
I did phone Mr. W. to tell him and he was saddened. He also cared deeply for D, and asked me what we can do? I told him that they were still trying to make the arrangements since D had chosen to be cremated... Since he's Catholic, it will have to be a memorial mass.
Mr. W. asked why the church doesn't allow for cremains and I had to give him the patent answer for that one (he was surprised...). Anyway, I told him we'd figure out something after getting more info. His mom just might need a different kind of support.
Anyway, that's it for me right now.
