artsy - my husband said the exact same thing, about not having a 'home'. Like I was supposed to feel sorry for him? His choice to flip out and go headlong into 'replay'!

"If I change my mind, it will be a sign of weakness."
And there's this convo... As I'm working on packing up my books to move, H says "were you planning on taking those bookcases with you?" Me: Well, we hadn't discussed it yet, but you own maybe 5 books, so it would make sense for me to take them (I have dozens, maybe over 100 books?) H: So? I could put other stuff on them. Me: Like what? H: Bobbleheads. Me: OK... H: well, if you take them, I'm just going to buy the exact same bookcases and replace them.
Me:30 H:29, no kids T:12, M:4 (when D was final) 12/13: "Don't think I want to be M anymore" 6/14: Separated (I move) 1/15: H filed for D 5/15: D final
H was asked by his IC to make a list of things he likes and doesn't like about me. On the "don't like" side, right under "jealous" and "doesn't trust me," he included...
FEET!
He's always told me he thought my feet were weird (granted, they are a little weird compared to most people - I have very short toes with wide feet, all my other toes are much shorter than my big toe whereas most people's 2nd toe is the same length or longer, and I wear a lot of flats/sandles so my heels are pretty rough) and I thought he was always joking when he said he hoped our kids didn't have feet like mine, but.. apparently they are so bad they made it onto the list? Guess that's one change I can't make for myself, unless I wear socks constantly!

On the plus side, wearing socks would probably be a first for a 180 around here :-)

I lobe how I tryed to fix things as I went along, to chatty etc.
Now my spew included your rude and won't speak to people. Well you kept saying I speak too much until I stopped now you complain?
Or if I was late to a meeting point he would whine fair enough, if I beat him there he would sulk. No win, so if I'm late I get the lecture if I'm early I he a different one.
Oh the best one was the 27min lecture on how rude and awful I am, then if I wanted to speak I was not allowed untill I was dismissed. another of his complaints was he never got to put his side, he was never allowed to speak. 27min without being allowed to utter a word, seems pretty wordy to me.

He doesn't do anything around the house. All he does is: - vacuum the house - load/unload the dishwasher - make the beds - and he does his own laundry - and he cooks on weekends
but he doesn't clean the counter tops or do any dusting.
I could only imagine the face of the person on the other end of the phone.
That hit the spot! Hilarious!
