Well, I was just on Amazon looking at a book, "overcoming anger and irritability". Have you heard of it? Thoughts? I am open to any suggestions you have. I am starting to realize, it's not simply going to change itself. I need to do some work.

SP, I had a lot of anger in me when I first started this journey. I had lived a life filled with anger and resentment, I "managed" it but I would blow my stack far too often.
