Mediation went as well as mediation can go. If anyone thinks that they are going to go into mediation and come out like a winner, they are fooling themselves.
Not sure how it works in TX but here in MN the mediator's duty is make sure it is fair. My mediator explained things. I came out okay. It would have been far worse than if I had gone to the Judge.
