Magic, I am very confident that you will figure out your action plan. The toolbox is there and all you have to do is open it up and start applying what has been shared w/you. I know you can do this. You know exactly what you need to do...all you have to do is make some decisions and not be afraid to do so. That's why God put erasers on pencils, i.e., to help with correcting errors.
