The DB/DR books recommend that we set small term goals to track our progress & to give some focus, I thought it might be nice to share our goals in one place & even have some help/encouragement when setting them?

I try to look back at mine every 2 weeks and see if they've been achieved and then either tweak or set new ones.

Anyone with me?!
