Oh, also... how do I respond to the email giving me compliments for handling our situation so well and saying that in many ways I've handled it better than he has??? Do I respond? Changes are for you, and its great he can see that. You dont need to respond, create mistery around it, let him continue to see the changes despite how he reacts towards them.
