Spouse tried I didn't, now opposite

Another lonely day taking kids to practice after long long workday. Does spouse not see how little they participate with kids? Granted they went to oldests's track meet thisaafternoon but even he wonders what's the point. Wow does it feel like spouse is trying my patience, except I know better from the months and months they spent working on us and literally living on this forum. I'm so glad I swallowed my pride, shame, guilt, anger, and appreciate everyone. I guess my frustration is just how spouse spouts divorce in every conversation and how they will never love me again but isn't moving a muscle. You'd think (me only) this would be easier since we both agree with the facts we read here. Or at least I think they do since they worked on us for such a long time. Sorry everyone just venting.
