Unbidden, that not only chaps my arse it hurts like hell. This whole thing is so ugly and so unbelievable I am still somewhat in shock that any of it has happened.

Ye, unfortunately I agreed to the peace bond so that matter is done. Like I said above, there was a very good chance that I would have one the trial since the whole thing was a "he said, she said" that allegedly happened 6 months before she made the claim. However, there was a chance the judge could deicide to believe my w, if that happened I would have had a criminal record and my life would have been irreparably damaged. My kids, my career, my business, everything, would have been lost if that happened. It wasn't a chance I was willing to take.
