You have chosen your course of action..so I agree, we should just leave the custody issue be.
You have hired a lawyer who is paid to give you advice. No one here is a lawyer (at least not that I am aware of). So we will just wait to see what the L says.
That said....
I did notice in your last post some anger. It was different. Very different than anything that you have posted here before.
I have often wondered why your W did what she did.
Were you angry in your M?
Was your W scared of you?
