The first two months I brought the DR book, sandi's rules, and a journal everywhere I went. It was my life line and kept me grounded and when I felt panic I would read some or sandi's. I would read during breaks and during lunch. These 15 minutes here and there really added up and helped me get through the book and helped with my feelings of being overwhelmed and panicked.
Maybe you have time to do something similar.
