Hope - I hear you...its hard not to get sucked in.

And even harder when H disappoints the kids.

Not that I'm coming from any experience, but when it come to my daughters, I speak up. It's one thing for him to disappoint me but the kids are already so messed up with whats going on.

I'd talk with him about it.
