I try to exhort people -- especially men -- to do that which I see is missing. Often, (more often than not, actually), I'm advising them to plan MORE, and not be so reactionary and emotional. But sometimes, I see someone stuck in "what-if's" and paralysis-by-analysis, and I call them as I see them.
