Well , the stupid lawyer from CUNY inmigration who was conducting my case told me that, I called him today after the meeting with this woman (xwife for sure I hope so) and he told me he did a mistake filling the form and it has to be repeated so now the new form requires to interview my Ex again and she is not willing to cooperate.
So i was screwed by my freaking stupid lawyer!!!! I guess its true...things can really get worst

Explain the situation to your L and have him contact your W. Right now she's a lost cause. Get your own status set straight first. Concentrate only on yourself. Don't let her talk to you or try to control the situation any longer.
