You are the closest person (emotionally) to her, and the person that connects her emotionally to another time in her life...

It doesn't make every thing that she says true, yet those are her true feelings....

Separate the things that she says into two categories...

One are the things in which you know aren't true...

The other, take the things that she says that make the back of your neck "burn", or sting...

Cause those are the things that you do, that you don't like about yourself...

Those are the things that you work on...

It's good that her anger is coming out......

Validate when you can, and STFU when you can't...
