Bea, I do understand. It does take a while to "build" the case of harassment even here in the States. Document as much as you can and please be careful. He's acting desperate to prove his point and I don't know if he'll ever take "no" for an answer.
Sit quietly, the answers will reveal themselves when you least expect them to. The past is gone, the present is a gift and you need to focus on today, allow the future to reveal itself when it is ready.
