Sorry you feel like people are telling you to lawyer up. That was not the purpose of my post. I wanted you to know that you need to protect yourself here. That you need to stop thinking that she has YOUR best interest at heart. As several have said, she has an agenda - YOU need yours.
I don't want to see you loose time with your kids.
I know several men who lost time with the kids. They regret taking the approach they did but they learned from it.
