I'm just catching up on your thread. I'm glad you had a great trip and it sounds like you've had some positive interactions with your h. That's awesome.
I wanted to chime in as I have a hodge podge of spiritual beliefs. I try to live my life by karma, but I admit I've slipped every now and then. I too struggle with how to make certain changes. Yes, I know I need to make them for me but I'm wondering what to do. Sounds like your IC has been very helpful.
