Be careful...Smokey could very well not be high at all tomorrow. Not sure how I feel about Job's suggestion on calling 911 just because someone's high. Unless D is in a grave danger of getting physically harmed, I would want to evaluate Smokey's behavior tomorrow before making that determination to call 911. You just don't want to make a bad situation worse than necessary.
Goodness knows I've seen people smoke pot and get high while driving. That doesn't necessarily mean one has crossed over the "danger" red line. It all depends on how MUCH one's judgement is impaired.
