You've finally come to realize his feelings/moods are his own and you shouldn't feel the need to take them on. They are his own "to own".
I don't blame you, I'd leave the Child Support Enforcement Application in the mail too. He's a big boy and can put two and two together.

Eat your pizza and stay positive. You are borrowing negativity w/that stinkin thinkin. Your daughter is picking up on that negativity you have floating around you.
Stay positive!

Smokey: I've been trying to build up to this for two years already, it's only getting worse. I'm parenting my style from now on. No more your way. I'm taking her to lunch tomorrow be there around noon. I would appreciate your support on this. If you choose not to, I will choose to no longer financially support u until ordered to do so by the court.

Here's my personal opinion. I think that the more you continue to text with him, the more angrier and determined to have things his way. I think the best thing to do is just say "see you tomorrow" and let it go for this evening.
I would definitely have a chat w/your daughter this evening and since you've already discussed the lunch deal, don't bring it up again. Let the man deal w/the fall out tomorrow and you be there to help and support your daughter. He created this mess, so allow him to face the consequences of his actions.
I do not like this threat he's made and you need to print that message off and keep it w/your legal documents.
No more discussions w/him this evening about the visit tomorrow.

Me: I don't want you driving her anywhere without a test showing you're clean.
Me: Smokey, none of your threats frighten me any longer--financial or court threats. Please don't use threats as a way to parent our daughter. I've offered you some suggestions today and, when you threaten, you only make things muckier over here. Louisa senses the tension.
Me: I'm done talking with you for today. I will see you tomorrow.
