Heather, eHarmony is okay...but be cautious because sometimes the people posting are not what they think they are. An example, I meet this guy on that site and he was telling me about how he was a physical fitness nut and jogged/walked each and every day as well as biked. Well, I did meet him in DC and what a shock. The man looked like the vampires had gotten to him because he was as white as a ghost, no color that would indicate an outdoorsy type of person and we walked the entire mall and he was panting and exhausted after the first walk between three buildings. Oh, here's a good one for you...the entire time he's complaining about having a very low libido and wasn't much interested in sex. Who talks about such stuff walking around a public place.
A few more examples, I had a dentist interested in meeting up, but what he wanted was a new wife to replace the one that had divorced him...why? He had 5 kids and he wanted a built in babysitter.
Another one...his idea of a wonderful date was taking a row boat out in the middle of the Bay, with a cooler of Coors and fishing all night.
I could go on and on and yes, my computer was lit up constantly but what got me is that I was very, very honest when doing the "personality" bio.
Any way, just be careful and have some fun.
Sit quietly, the answers will reveal themselves when you least expect them to. The past is gone, the present is a gift and you need to focus on today, allow the future to reveal itself when it is ready.
