Both of my high schoolers are taking German. Once a year all of the kids taking a foreign language have an International food day where they bring something that fits their language.
Man that pound cake weighed a ton!! I got a small bit saved for me. . S18 saved a few pretzels too. Yum. My daughter was so proud that she made it with Mom just reading off directions and ingredients . It was fun too as we sang and cooked.
Bets, I can certainly drive over to see you in May and even when Olathe gets set. I might take off early even if my boss doesn't care.
I am going to bed early tonight, between basketball and extra cooking & cleaning, I am beat. Yep, yet again.
