Saw w on the road today near her office. She was at stop light and I waved as I went by. Hey, got a wave back!! Maybe I should wave to her at home because its like I don't even exist in the room with her. Just venting.

Last night just to keep my wife in the loop. U told her it won't be till next week till I see my attorney. She got evil. Saying why can't I just read it and sign its what we discussed. Told her she lost her mind if I was goin to just sign it w out reviewing it with my attorney. Told her that it will be over soon. So this morning leaving. I said a general bye and walking out the door s sais bye and I got a low bye from her.

Just sat down to read settlement agreement . The end is near!!! I can think of a dozen names I can call her now but keeping it cool. I'm sitting here now watching my s play. Poor guy. What ever she has been feeding him about living at two places, he's ok with it. He tells me that me and mommy won't fight anymore. We don't. He sees us not talking and avoiding ea other. Fighting to him. He is my world.

Our son gave w a rose this morning for valentines day from him. I walked in room and she thanked me for flower. I said how do u know its from me? She said he told me u got it for him. At least she thanked me.

Feeling real down today. Kinda raised my voice to her sat. We talked for 1/2 hour about us and the house. It kinda slipped out with my voice raised that she was off messing around. Didn't say messing tho. She came back saying shes not messing around shes just over it. Last few days have been ok with w. we have had some normal conversations but she still takes off in her room when I'm in family room with s. She leaves tomorrow for five days. She hasn't said where she's going and I have a pretty good idea where and with whom. I meet my attorney Thur to go over settlement agreement also. I have decided to tell that I am not going to refinance the marital home. Doesn't make sense, financially to do so so let her have the burden. I just don't see how a person can just take off and leave their child for five days to have fun especially when a divorce isn't final. I have a hard time when they take off just for the weekend and I don't see him. I also apologized to her for raising my voice telling her I know what has to be done but hard to let something go when it means a lot. Did I screw up?

Getting closer to the end!! I have my appointment with my attorney here in 20 min to go over settlement agreement and w is out of town for 5 days. She didn't tell me where she was going till the morning she left. So now I'm a single parent for 5 days. I'm going to be confident in my appointment but dreading it.
