The cycling happens. It takes time to completely overcome the emotions. You are in the midst of learning new habits and behaviors.

Detachment is no joke. It took me nearly 14 months to completely detach. That is when things slowly began to head towards reconciliation. Although things did not work out for us, I can clearly point at milestones that changed the dynamics of my sitch.

So keep working and be cognizant that the bad days are inevitable. They are inevitable, yet temporary.
