Ex does help with school costs even though he isn't required to per our decree. He just isn't there to be a parent, to help guide and shape them.

The money issues are trying to get the kids to see what might be possible and to help them get there. I don't want them to just settle and think paycheck to paycheck is the way to live . There is more potential there.
