Final phase of losing wife?

Thanks JonF. Let me ask u. Was ur wife in an affair?
I am also in a dilemma about the marital home. I am trying to refinance it only because I wanted to have the house our s would call home. He knows it as his home also. If I move out, I don't want him to see me as the one who abandoned the home. But financially it will hurt me for a while. I can move in a new home w 1/2 the mortgage and just as nice as our home now. Also I wanted to be at the home that was registered with his school. Anyone else here have any input?
