Yeah, got served the D petition a few days ago and received the D papers recently as well. Sat down with W two nights ago to review the D papers. We're in agreement and D is full speed ahead. I thought I would be upset when the D papers were finally in front of me, but it's brought a sense of relief rather than pain. I'm just glad I finally know what she wants and how much it will cost me. It won't be hanging over my head anymore.
I'm sorry to hear you're hurting over this, but as Maritimer recently reminded me, D (or in your case, S) isn't the end of things. You have a bright and meaningful future ahead of you. Your W may be part of that or maybe not, but regardless you will emerge from this better, stronger and happier
