Thank you job. W never talks about D, and doesn't seem to be going anywhere, but I still like your suggestion to leave the word marriage out of it for now. I agree, timing is everything.
Wonka: Great advice on the asking open ended questions, and asking how can I help. I've become a great listener, and W does open up to me, about work problems and other stuff. It just seems I need to start saying more about what I need to move this forward. At least that's what my ants keep telling me.
