Y, get some exercise please, get out for a run in the morning and/or at night. It will help release some tension/frustration, and get you out of the house. Those walls tend to start closing in on you if you just stay there all the time.
Hit the library, plenty of free books to read, gets you out of the house . win/win
If money is tight, its amazing how a walk around the park can be free, relaxing, and get you out of the house.
