He is still a teenager feeling his freedom. I know with my D19, I've learned to allow her own mistakes. She has some friends I don't really like so much. Funny thing, now that I've washed my hands of it, allowed her to make her own choices, she doesn't seem interested in seeing those friends anymore.
Maybe our MLC H's are the same. Not dealing with a full deck and trying like mad to break free from parental control. Just maybe the best stuff happens when we let them do their "thing" no matter how dumb it may be.
