Back up plan...No clue. I am focusing on here, the county and location are ideal. Yes, I could lose it, but it would take some time before I would have to be off the property.

I'm working on keeping it through the atty. She knows that is my primary goal. He would benefit if I took over the mortg. and he would have two write-offs. One the mortg. interest, the other the support.

I want to be the one to make the payments, for I tend to want them to be paid on time. With support, a full or even part time job, side work. I believe I can swing it. I could get a boarder, but if I don't have to, it would be my preference.

I'm taking one day at a time, and I have to stay positive. I need to stay focused on so much right now. School, exams, licensing, job, house...aaaaaaugh!
