Seems to be positive phone call. I would, once again, caution against discussing W and the OM with the ILs. If I were you, I'd say this to MIL:
"I do appreciate your support of my marriage and your concerns about W. It makes me uncomfortable to be discussing this as it is between W and I. Can you please allow us the space to work things out among ourselves? It would be very much appreciated. Again, thank you for supporting me and honoring my request."
