I'm just looking for some quick advice over on my thread, about how to respond to an email my H sent me... Nobody seems to be around....
I know that telling him I would talk to him tomorrow was a good thing, as he was pushing my buttons over the phone. The rule of sitting on something at least 24 hours instead of instantly reacting is very good advice to follow. Sometimes we read things into what someone says becuase we are getting wound up, which may not even be there when we re read things in a calmer moment.
