Busy - yes, but not with work. I've been off work for a couple of years now - had to quit when my Graves disease was so bad, then just as I got well and was ready to look for work, H dropped the bomb and I really couldn't concentrate on anything but the kids and my marriage - now, just as I'm ready to look for work again, this happens with my D and I have to be with her 24/7 for now!
Capable? yes, fortunately, that's one of my strengths. Efficient? Not even close - definitely one of my weaknesses, although I am getting a little better
