Aiming for the PMA of a glow worm....pt 3

[Not Quitting]

It's a bit of a shock when someone actually listens to you after months of that not happening - a nice shock, but still a shock . I could very easily get used to it - shame the conversations are only online though.

Anyway, dropped S13 off to H and not one word mentioned about the xBox until S13 brought it up. No questions at all. S13 did tell him that I wouldn't say who at work had handed me the box but he keeps going on about writing a card that says "Dear Anonymous, thank you very, very much for the xBox".

H also asked if it would be okay if the three of us went out for dinner on S13's birthday next week. Well that's a change of attitude. H has arranged to work the early shift. Still no mention of the following Sunday though I'm sure that will come up at some point and he's going to say that he's not coming round that day because he's got a birthday to go to.

He asked if he had any Jack Daniels left at the house and if so, could we bring it with us as he'd run out, which means he's been drinking heavily again. He just seemed empty and sad today. No change of heart on my part - I'm still not that sure I want him back in my life and no sad, depressed routine by him will change that.
