I recently bought a pair of very expensive Swiss made MBT (Masai Barefoot Technology) shoes - they are constructed inside to be unstable, so that when you walk, you have to use more muscles in your legs, pelvic girdle and back. Like walking on loose sand or something. Supposed to tone up these slack muscles and teach you better deportment and active walking.
Well, I started out using them a month ago, but getting caught up in my emotional drama caused me to forget recently. Will report back when I see any improvement!
