Making a New Move
I've just asked to be sent the FlyLady newsletters, as I could do with some encouragement to declutter.
This whole separation thing really sucks the juice out of one. Michele says to stop thinking, obsessing about the R, stop assuming etc, and use the time you waste on these things to actually go out and get on with one's life. Quite!
OK, tomorrow I will start with one of my usual "what to do today" lists!

I also have a question, when your back was hurting did you find any exercises to strengthen it? My lower back is hurting a lot now. I think if I would get off my tail and do some exercises so the stomach had some muscles it would help my back maybe.

Husband bought me an exercise ball. You can get one at Wal-mart for $12.00.
You sit on it, and because it's an unstable surface, it forces all the little muscles in your abs and back to activate...thus they get stronger.
I try to remember to sit on it for an hour each day while I watch tv.
I hope that helps!
So, today is Husband's 30th birthday.
I told him that one of my girlfriends said that people really shouldn't have children until after they hit 30. (Due to my issues with being overweight and hypothyroid, I'm not sure if I can have children...a constant low-level worry for me. )
He said, "Oh, really? In that case, I can think of something I want to do tonight!"
Giggle! He really is ready to have children with me.
