I managed to get about 5 hrs sleep. Tonight, it's off to old theater downtown in the capital to see It's a Wonderful Life, and I have to work tomorrow afternoon.
I'm almost tempted to just skip it and consider the ticket charges a donation to the old theater. But we did that last year!
They also have Christmas Vacation, but my W doesn't like the Griswalds! Can you believe that? They usually show A Christmas Story. Good thing I have the DVD and it's also on TV every Christmas Eve for 24 hrs!
The Griswalds can get a bit much at times I must admit Some of it is really funny, but it's when there's too much slapstick that I cringe at. Awww A wonderful life or A Christmas Story will get you in the holiday mood

Ha ha. Yes, they can be over the top! Tonight will be fun. I've been there and been exhausted before. I'll make it, with the help of a little caffeine. Maybe the sweetness of the movie will spill over.
